Facebook purchases and a WIP
Happy Mail
I belong to a few of the cross-stitch group on Facebook, and one of it is "Stash Unload". I bought a lot of chart from there. There was once a seller who announced to everybody that she will be posting her stash on a certain date and time, and I was one of the anxious members waiting and hoping to be the first one to bid on the charts that I like. It was like a matter of how fast your internet is and how fast you can type your "me, please". I decided to mellow down on purchasing stash months ago until just recently. These items were for sale, no bidders yet so I grabbed it. Last week, I was a happy bee again when I received these items from the mail.
My second Work-in-Progress project
Here's another WIP I am going to show to you. This is actually my first time to stitch a design from the Cross Country Cross Stitch Magazine. The colors are so vibrant. The design is obviously seasonal but I do think that apart from the vibrant colors, I love the wording "Give Thanks". When it is finished, I would like to put it in a place where I could see it every day and be reminded to give thanks always for everything I have in life. There are three more designs that I wanted to stitch from this magazine. My finger are itching to start them. :)
Thanks for visiting my blog. Happy stitching!
