Diamond Painting Unboxing
On August 28th, I received the largest diamond painting kit I have purchased so far. I ordered it from AliExpress vendor. It was on sale, I think but I bought it for $16 free shipping.
Here is what it looked like when I received the goods.
The supplies were not in a box like the ones I saw on YouTube and Facebook. They were wrapped in a bubble wrap. I figured maybe because it was a bit cheaper.
These are the contents. I have all the diamonds that are required for this project. I am not sure what are that blue and black plastic thingy though. I am not sure what it is for. Can you please tell me?
They called this a Dream Home - Cabin Scenery. And I think it is a 90x40 cm picture size. This is a round drill kit. I thought I ordered a square drill kit but I wasn't really paying attention to the diamond shape when I ordered.

This will be my third DP project.
The first DP project I did was the kitten. I ordered the kit from Amazon. I worked on it as soon as it arrived and completed in just a few days. This is not the finished picture, but here is the colorful cat. It has been displayed in my work cubicle.
Right now, I am working on my second project. It is the Colorful Guitar I ordered from Amazon. I hope to finish this soon so I can start the cabin scenery.
I am enjoying this new hobby. But, I honestly think It still won't replace my love for cross stitching. But, I will use this craft to finish some of the big, full coverage designs I have on hand like HEAD and Love Thy Thread designs.
I ordered more from AliExpress sale last week and I will show them to you when I receive them. For now, enjoy your three day weekend. Happy Labor Day to you all.
